What types of therapy do you offer?
I offer individual therapy for adults and children, as well as family therapy and parenting support. I also provide Christian faith-based counseling for clients who request it.
Do you work with children and families?
Yes! I specialize in working with children and their families. I utilize evidence-based approaches, such as play therapy and CBT, to support children while actively involving parents in the process.
Do you offer bilingual services?
Yes, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish. I also work closely with monolingual Spanish-speaking families and strive to offer culturally sensitive care.
What concerns do you commonly treat?
I help clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. I also have experience working with neurodiverse children, including those on the autism spectrum.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! I offer both in-person and virtual therapy, depending on your preference and location. Virtual sessions are secure and HIPAA-compliant.
Where are you located?
My office is located in San Francisco. I’ll provide the address when scheduling your first in-person session.
What should I expect in the first session?
The first session is an intake appointment. We’ll review your history, discuss your current concerns, and begin identifying your goals for therapy.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
Do you accept insurance?
I am currently an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
How much do sessions cost?
Session fees range from $200 to $250. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots—please inquire if cost is a concern.
