Psychotherapy
$200
I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, and stress-related challenges. Sessions offer a space to slow down, reflect, and develop tools for lasting emotional well-being. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and trauma-informed care. When working with children, I believe it's essential to involve parents or caregivers as active partners in the therapeutic process to support growth both in and outside of sessions. Whether you're navigating a specific concern or looking for deeper self-understanding, therapy can help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward healing.
Family Psychotherapy
$250
Family therapy offers a supportive space to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and navigate challenges as a team. I work with families facing conflict, life transitions, behavioral concerns, parenting stress, and emotional disconnect. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental, with a focus on creating a space where each voice is heard and valued. I have experience supporting neurodiverse families, monolingual Spanish-speaking households, and those who wish to integrate faith-based values into treatment. Whether you're seeking to repair strained relationships, support your child’s emotional needs, or improve overall family dynamics, I tailor treatment to your family's unique goals, values, and strengths.
Couples Counseling
$250 (Package options available for premarital and relationship enrichment)
Couples counseling provides a space to enhance communication, rebuild trust, and foster deeper connection. I work with couples at all stages—whether you're navigating conflict, adjusting to major life transitions, or seeking to strengthen your relationship. I am certified in Prepare/Enrich, a research-based program designed to help couples explore key relationship dynamics, develop practical tools, and build a strong foundation for a lasting connection. I provide support to couples from diverse cultural backgrounds, including monolingual Spanish-speaking partners and those who wish to integrate their Christian faith into the therapy process. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to honor your unique values, goals, and relationship dynamics.
About Me
Hi, I’m Dr. Diana, a licensed psychologist based in San Francisco. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and neurodiversity. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and am passionate about supporting families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and trauma-informed care. I also offer Christian faith-based counseling for those who wish to integrate their spiritual values into the therapeutic process.
With a background in both clinical and community settings, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate growth, healing, and change. I believe therapy should be a safe and empowering space where you feel seen, supported, and equipped to reconnect with your strengths.
When I’m not in session, I love soaking up the sun, exploring nature with my pups, and discovering new spots in the city I call home.
